Hi again after a long time, it's not I've quited Linux but I just didn't have time to write anything here.

I was looking for a way to always find the best mirror for the apt repos, I found some nice blogs here and there and got it nicely working.

Open the /etc/apt/sources.list file and at the top add the following:

deb mirror://mirrors.ubuntu.com/mirrors.txt bionic main restricted universe multiverse
deb mirror://mirrors.ubuntu.com/mirrors.txt bionic-updates main restricted universe multiverse
deb mirror://mirrors.ubuntu.com/mirrors.txt bionic-backports main restricted universe multiverse
deb mirror://mirrors.ubuntu.com/mirrors.txt bionic-security main restricted universe multiverse

Changing the Bionic with your distro. But watch it, if you don't want multiverse or proprietary you should omit the restruced and multiverse.
